As Bob Dylan once wrote - the times they are changing and I can't help but wonder will 2010 see a major coup for the world wide web?? Is Apple's refusal to allow flash onto their mobile platforms really a push for content distribution dominance and what could it have to do with News Corps recent announcements to charge for content??
